Design a User Journey Map

Once you handed on to a platform product, to grow the product to a next stage, first of all you must have clues about the the users and services your product can provide for, also the why behind the look, let’s have a deep break down by a user journey, taking a example for Klook (a international self-traveler booking platform)

(The journey map is built based on over 1000+ consumer feedbacks and 30+ user interviews)

Based on the above design, User make purchase decision based on below 5 main scenarios:

  1. Finding the target platform to shop
  2. Platform browsing and purchase
  3. Pre-Travel
  4. Travelling
  5. After Travel

Every key scenario above has related user pain points and chances for platform to resolve about, and u know what issues customers unhappy the most, and what solutions can be developed based the map.
